Des In The Cut Construction proudly partners with Dēz Kids Construction Education Program to empower the next generation of builders. Through this collaboration, participants gain hands-on experience in carpentry, wood framing, electrical work, plumbing, tile, and masonry. We also guide students in earning industry-recognized certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30 Construction Safety, NFPA 70E, and blueprint reading. Together, we’re shaping a skilled and safety-conscious workforce ready to succeed in the construction industry.
